Agronomist: Someone to work with field crop production and soils management to develop higher yields, better crop varieties, using higher quality products while maintaining or improving the environment. They would conduct experiments or investigations in field crop problems and develop new methods of growing crops to secure more efficient production, higher yield, and improved quality. They would plan and carry out studies on farms to develop and improve varieties of field crops, with respect to characteristics, such as yield, quality, adaptation to specific soils or climate and resistance to disease and pests.
Sales Representative: A fully commissioned position with a generous commission compensation schedule. The Employee will call on prospective clients, providing information about the company and services available. The employee will close sales as well as collect all information necessary to create client files. The employee will use a combination of activities to generate new business, including; cold calling (primarily), follow-up on leads, exhibit at trade shows, and host regional new-business recruitment meetings.
