Ag Performance is a family owned business founded in 2000 by Dan and Pam Yegge to help farmers to be more financially secure and successful. Ag Performance’s office is located in Buffalo Center, Iowa, a small rural agriculture-based community located in northern Iowa. The Yegges are farmers themselves and understand the real world issues facing farm families. Ag Performance provides a range of services to help growers become more successful – including those related to production, financial issues, crop insurance and marketing. Ag Performance provides services to growers primarily in the Midwest, and currently has over 200 clients ranging in size from 500 acres to over 15,000 acres.
 
Ag Performance is a growing business. The Yegges started the business with financial consulting and crop insurance services, with Dan providing leadership for financial consulting and marketing of clients, and Pam heading up Crop Insurance and entry of client financial records into the MAX Program. We have grown our staff members each year.  In 2006 we added our Agronomy services. This program uses soil testing and crop tissue analysis to determine nutritional needs of crops to improve yields and provide proper fertilization to these crops.

Ag Performance has been in the spotlight because of its innovative and recently patented approaches to helping farmers.
