Ag Performance N-gard is 10% Calcium.

  • Best applied at pH below 6.0 or Calcium % below 65%

  • Calcium is the most important fertilizer element

  • Is a direct nutrient to growing plants

  • Neutralizes soil acidity

  • Improves activity of favorable soil bacteria and the decomposition of organic materials

  • Promotes root development

  • Improves soil structure

  • Promotes nitrogen fixation by legumes

  • Improves the efficiency of fertilizers and chemicals

  • Reduces phosphate fixation•Increases water penetration and water holding capacity

  • Even if your pH reading is "ok" your soil may still require additional calcium to reach peak production.

How Applied and Rates

  • Apply (4 gal/ac) with 10-15 gallons of water before emergence or on unworked ground before tillage.

  • Apply (4 gal/ac) with a side dress liquid nitrogen source stabilizer

  • Apply (4 gal/ac) with 10-15 gallons of water before application of liquid manure to prevent loss of nitrogen.

  • All applications depend on Calcium % of Base Saturation.
