Farmer Dealer:

Ag Performance is seeking Farmer Dealers to expand our service area.  This is a work from home position which offers a generous commission compensation package.  There are no ceilings on commissions!

 

Responsibilities include:

• Cold-calling on prospective farmer clients and following up on leads. 

• Additional duties include: provide information about the company and services available, collection of payments and building face-to-face long-term relationships.

• The Farmer Dealer will close sales as well as collect all contact information necessary to create up-to-date client files.

• This person will help prospective clients gain a better understanding of Ag Performance and its staffs' commitment to helping agricultural producers and their families with increasing net worth while protecting their agricultural enterprise investment.

• This position requires a self-starter who has an agricultural, farming and/or seed background.

• A self-disciplined individual who can, after training, work  independently within their territory.

• A good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook would be highly beneficial.

• District Sales Manager will train and guide all dealers.
